Add a touch of luxury and durability to your clothing with embroidery services from ChefsCotton. Please read the following conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful customization process.

  • Customized products cannot be returned, and we require complete customization data to process your order.

  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of customized orders, starting after payment for text embroidery or after approval on the design proposal for logo embrodery.

  • ChefsCotton cannot be held responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information.

  • It is not possible to cancel a customized order after payment or final confirmation.

  • Make sure your text embroidery is not too small. To keep text embroidery legible, it must be at least 8mm high.

  • Embroidery cards remains the property of ChefsCotton and we will not share them with customers or third parties

  • The customer is responsible for providing a high-quality file in case of logo embroidery for the best result.

  • Product images and embroidery previews are indicative, and colors and sizes may vary on screen. 

  • We reserve the right to make adjustments to the design if it does not meet our conditions or if we can optimize the quality.

  • We do not recommend embroidering on fabrics with a lot of stretch.

  • The embroidery may shrink differently when washed than the garment itself due to different fabric composition. As a result, especially with large embroideries, the fabric may contract around the embroidery.

    In order to avoid this as much as possible, we recommend not to make an embroidery too large and if possible to wash the clothing before embroidering it. Unfortunately we do not offer this service. However, you can send the washed clothing ordered from us back to us for embroidering.
