Returns & Exchange

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the process of returning your order as easy as possible. Here you'll find all the information you need to return your order. Please make sure your return always complies with the checklist below

Checklist

The approval period of 14 days has not yet expired

This means that you can still return or exchange your order for up to 14 days after delivery.

The product is not customized

This is because customized products are made to your specific specifications. They cannot be resold to other customers.

The goods have not been used and are returned in their original state and packaging

Our return policy states that all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached. If an item has been used or shows signs of use, we will not be able to accept it for return or exchange. Appliances such as thermometers are only returnable if they are returned unopened in their original packaging.

Step 1

Log in to your account and open the order in question. Click the three dots next to the order, then select request return.

Indicate which items you want to send back, add the reason, and in case of an exchange specify the size or product you would like to receive instead.

Click the button request return to submit your request.

Step 2

After we have reviewed your return request, you will receive an email confirming approval or if necessary, a rejection.

Follow the instructions in that email and send the parcel back to us at your own expense to the following address:

Make sure the products are carefully packed in the original packaging and shipped in a sturdy and weatherproof package.

Please do not use the product packaging as shipping packaging!

Step 3

Once we receive the return, it will be checked and processed within 48 hours.

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent within 5 working days (if in stock).

In case of a return, a refund will be made within 10 working days via the payment method used to complete the payment of the order.

We offer refunds for returned products in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please note that we only refund the cost of standard shipping. If you selected UPS or another express delivery method, the additional shipping fees will not be refunded. Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes paid for deliveries outside the European Union are non-refundable and cannot be claimed from us.
