At ChefsCotton, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and are happy to assist with returning and refunding your order. To begin the return process, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The approval period of 30 days has not yet expired
  • The products have not been customized
  • The goods have not been used
  • The goods are returned in their original state and packaging
  • The packing list (or a copy) is included in the package

To return an order, make sure that the products and original packaging are well-packed and protected from damage during transit. You can create a return label with your preferred carrier and send your package to:

Once we have received and inspected your returned order and confirmed that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will begin the refund process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.
