Can I embroider my chef's clothing and service clothing at ChefsCotton?

We offer our exclusive embroidery service on much of our range, such as chef's jackets, aprons and service clothing. Click on the Customize button on the product page to add embroidery to your clothing. New logo embroidery requires the purchase of an embroidery card first.

Please read the instructions carefully before embroidering.

What countries does ChefsCotton ship to?

ChefsCotton offers delivery inside the European Union, using high-end courier services. Shipping outside the European Union? If so, please contact us for a tailor-made quote.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

ChefsCotton's estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 business days worldwide, but most countries are eligible for next-day and two-day delivery services. If you add embroidery to the products, 2-4 weeks will be added.

How can I track my order?

Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

What is your return policy?

Unworn and unaltered products, excluding customized products, are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

How do I make a return?

Something not quite right or having second thoughts? You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Register your return online by logging in with your order details, selecting the product(s) you wish to return, and indicating whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. You can then drop off the product(s) at a drop-off point.

After your return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund the total purchase amount to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days. Exchanged products will be re-shipped within 2 business days after we received your return. .

At ChefsCotton you will always benefit from our volume discounts:

  • +€500,-      = 2% discount
  • +€1.000,-   = 3% discount
  • +€2.000,-   = 4% discount
  • +€3.000,-   = 5% discount
  • +€4.000,-   = 6% discount
  • +€5.000,-   = 7% discount
  • +€6.000,-   = 8% discount
  • +€8.000,-   = 9% discount
  • +€10.000,- = 10% discount

How do I create a business account?

Ordering for your business and located in the EU? Create a business account at ChefsCotton.

While ordering, please indicate the VAT number of your company by adding it to the order note (Cart page). After we have finished the company check we will switch your account type to business and credit the VAT amount for all outstanding orders.

If you wish to place another order in the future, no VAT will be charged if you use the same account again. If your company details change, you are obliged to inform us.
