How to Claim Your Free Logo Embroidery
Step 1
Browse your preferred products and click the “Add to quote” button on the product page instead of adding the item to your shopping cart.
Step 2
Enter your required quantities and continue shopping if you would like to add more products to your quotation request. Please make sure your request includes at least 10 items from the same product category, such as chef jackets, aprons or shirts, to qualify for the promotion.
Step 3
Once all items have been added to your request, click the quotation icon (document icon) in the top right corner of your screen and follow the steps to complete your request.
Step 4
In the final step, upload your logo(s) and add your embroidery details, such as placement instructions and thread colours if required.
Step 5
Our team will send you a digital embroidery preview together with a quotation and payment link to finalise your order.
Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and the embroidery production will begin.

*This promotion is valid until 19 July 2026.
*Free logo embroidery is available from 10 pieces of the same product category. Product categories include chef jackets, aprons, blouses, shirts and T-shirts.
Example: if you order 11 aprons and 11 chef jackets, you may request one complimentary logo embroidery for both categories, logos may differ per category.
*The promotion applies to logo embroidery only. Name embroidery is not included unless otherwise stated.
*To qualify for the promotion, all 10 (or more) products within the same category must use the same logo, identical embroidery colours and the same embroidery dimensions.
*Embroidered items are custom made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Additional embroidery positions, large logos or highly detailed logos may result in additional costs.
*Embroidery production will only start after approval of the digital embroidery preview and receipt of payment.
*ChefsCotton reserves the right to refuse logos or designs that are technically unsuitable for embroidery.
