Free Name Embroidery — Promotion Terms

During the Free Name Embroidery promotion, ChefsCotton embroiders one name free of charge on any product with our embroidery personalisation. Please read the terms below.

• The promotion covers one embroidered name (text line 1) free of charge per personalised item.
• A logo, a second text line and the express embroidery service are not included and are charged as usual.
• The promotion runs through 31 August 2026 and may be ended earlier at our discretion.
• The free name is applied automatically in the personalisation tool. No discount code is needed.
• The promotion applies to all products that offer embroidery personalisation.
• Embroidered and personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Standard personalisation processing times apply. See our personalisation conditions for details.
• The promotion has no cash value and cannot be combined with other personalisation discounts.
